Lucky You, I'm in a sharing mood

Today is my annual Gyn check-up.  Out of the goodness of my heart, I have decided to share with you my personal prep process.

Step 1   Discontinue gas-inducing foods 24 hours prior.
When the Dr is pressing on your abdomen during the pelvic exam, you don't want to be in a panic.

Step 2   Discontinue beverages several hours prior to scheduled appointment.
Let's face it.  Toilet paper is linty.  Also, you don't want a full bladder for this.

Step 3   Trim pertinent areas prior to scheduled appointment.
The Dr studied medicine, not bushwhackery.

Step 4   Shower as close to the scheduled appointment as possible.
I have shown up for appointments with my hair still dripping.  But at least I am free of linty bits and stank.  Hopefully.

Step 5   Wear clean socks and shoes that will not impart foot stank to said clean socks.
Have you heard of 'stink in stereo'?

All in the name of consideration.  After all, you brush your teeth before you go to the dentist, don't you?

Actually, I am just joking about Step 1.  But just that one.

How about you cut the gas-inducing food 24 hours before we crop? Now that would be beneficial.
