Every person shown on CNN as a ‘looter’ is African-American. Every person interviewed about their loss, ‘to put a face on the devastation’ is white. Many of the ‘looters’ shown on CNN are carrying packages of diapers. If there is no-one to give money to for the purchase, is it really looting to take necessities? I’m not saying there isn’t any...

It’s very easy to be on the high-moral side when it’s something that doesn’t greatly affect you.

We went to St. Louis Mills tonight. I checked out The Children’s Place. Didn’t see anything I thought was worth the money. I checked the OshKosh outlet. They have a 10% discount for multiples. Last Friday, part of my right boob got VERY tender. It hurt to pick up one of the boys. I’m right-handed and always hold babies on my right side, unless they are lying down, in which case, their head is in the crook of my left arm so I can hold a bottle in my right hand. Anywho, there were no hard patches, so it didn’t seem like a clogged duct to me. It got more uncomfortable...
I think there are few things more uncomfortable than having a head hair disconnect from your scalp, slip down inside the back of your shirt, make you itch terribly, and yet escape capture for hours.
We went to the Wiggles concert today. I became verklempt last year when we saw it. I became verklempt this year as well. The really pathetic bit is that when I saw the Wiggles dvd ‘Hot Potato Live’, I became verklempt then, just from remembering being at the concert. I am a sad case.
I have never been photogenic. It’s pretty darn rare that you will see a photo of me that looks decent. Our wedding pictures turned out rather nice, but I think I just got lucky with that. I looked at a picture Ben took of me today. I look OLD. That is definately not the rose-colored image I see in the mirror. Makes me want to schedule a face-lift in with my tummy-tuck and breast-lift. ...
The boys had their check-ups yesterday. Magnus weighed in at 12-10 and 22 3/4 inches. Dougie is 13-1 and 23 1/2.
