Latest update.  Nothing.  Still zero effacement, zero dilation, and baby still hasn’t dropped.  The dr. says the baby not engaging in the pelvis at this point is unusual.  We have an appt on our due date for an ultrasound to see if the baby is too large to enter my pelvis.  Can you say c-section?
