Since I seem to be on a roll, here is another post involving poo.  Miss Rebecca is a leaker.  As in diaper leaker.  I don’t think a single day has gone by in the past 3 weeks where I haven’t had to change her outfit due to this at least once.  On one memorable day, 4 times.  We aren’t talking just wet leaks.  We are talking liquid green poo.  Out the leg holes, but more often up the back and out at the waist.  It’s a good thing I bought a jumbo bottle of Shout pre-treater.

I went to Wal-Mart Thursday and purchased multiple brands of diapers.  Rebecca got a diaper rash when we used some scented wipes purchased by mistake.  Apparently she has Ben’s sensitive skin.  Therefore, I cannot use Pampers or Luvs, as they scent their diapers.  What is the point of that anyhow?  Once your kid poos in there, the light scent they added won’t do shit to cover up the smell.  We have been using Huggies Ultratrim.  I purchased Huggies Supreme, which are the exact same price, White Cloud, which is the Wal-Mart brand, and Dri-Bottoms, which were the cheapest.

Ben has already vetoed the Dri-Bottoms, due to the presence of tape.  The other brands use the velcro tabs.  He just doesn’t like them.  White Cloud so far hasn’t excited me, but I suppose it is best that I not sink so low as to be excited over a diaper.  Huggies Supreme is the front-runner for me.  The stretchie elastic waistband seems to be rather effective at holding in the poo.  However, we did have a wet episode with them last night.  It may have just been a fluke.  It was almost as if she wasn’t even wearing a diaper.  The diaper itself didn’t even get wet.  Oh well.  Time will tell.

I get to have Pasta Milano tomorrow!  Rebecca and I will be attending Pam’s baby shower.  I like Pasta Milano.  It can also be eaten with only one hand, which is good, as Rebecca likes to eat when I do.
