Christmas has come and gone.  My wonderful husband got me some yakisoba noodles as a gift.  This inspired the purchase of a wok, followed by the making of said yakisoba.  Rebecca appears to be a fan.  For some reason, she will hang on Ben, trying to eat whatever he is eating, but has no interest in what I am eating.  Perhaps she only thinks of me as one particular food.

Becca was able to open her gifts herself.  She has been enjoying the new variety of toys the past few days, but her current favorite is her Stride-to-Ride walker.  She will stand up behind that thing and take off!  Screeching and laughing the whole time.  She has also started sticking her tongue out, trying to touch the bottom of her chin.  She does this while eating, and not always before she swallows her mouthful.  Keeping it colorful.

Last night, Ben tried out wok cooking.  We got some chopsticks at world market.  We were unable to find rice bowls that we were satisfied with, so will keep searching.  My mother gave me a tea set from Japan for xmas, so we drank green tea in proper holders.  Ben made some incredible fried rice, amazing, especially when you consider that it was his first batch ever.  He says he wants to tinker with it, I see no need to.

Not too much else.  Maybe in another month.
