Two additions have been made to Becca’s library so far.  One, ‘The Bunny Hop’ is yet another Sesame Street book.  I am holding out hope that this will replace ‘Elmo’s Twelve Days of Christmas’ in Becca’s interests.  I am so sick and tired of singing that damn song. 

The other is In The Night Kitchen, which is no. 25 on the ALA’s banned books list.  It also happens to be the 1971 Caldecott Honor Book.  Because every child should have a banned book.
