I held Open House today.  In addition to the at least 10 people/couples/families that came on their own, we had 10 showings with agents.  In fact, the last showing of the day is going as I type.

We have two offers.  We have counter-offered on one, if they don’t respond as we would like with the friendly figures, we will start on the other one.

There is another agent showing scheduled for 11 tomorrow.  Plus, I will be holding Open House again then.

It is certainly seeming as though we will be selling our house this weekend.
