The sign in our yard says ‘Under Contract’.  Not only did we receive two offers today, but right after the acceptance of our counter-offer was faxed over, our agent received a call that another contract was being written.  I do feel sorry for these other two couples.  It must be rather upsetting to find a house you are willing to make a large financial commitment to, and not be able to get it.
